WHY DO PEOPLE WALK AWAY FROM THEIR DREAM HOME-Part Two

A company called “From The Act of Love,” started a budgeting program. Because, they see so many people that have a car note of $500.00 plus maintenance and insurance, student loans, credit cards payments, house hold bills and then a house note around $2,000. Just for the house and car your paying $2,500. What if you lose your job, your already in trouble. What about your insurance, food, lights etc? OK you find another job it’s paying $10.00 a hour your only making $1,600 a month that’s not including the taxes that’s take out, your still not making enough. This is the reason why people are walking away from there dream house right now. What about your credit when you want to buy a house again? What about all the personal stuff you have in that house? Storage? It’s not going to fit in an apartment.

Did you do everything you could to save your house? Where you to busy and wait until the last minute to try and work thing out with your lender? That’s why From The Act of Love is here for. We believe there are always a way to work things out. There is programs to help you with almost anything. Teach you how to use your resources. We know it’s hard when you don’t have the time. A loss is a hard thing to deal with. Now you second guess everything you do because you loss your confidence. Let me say this, the failure is not yours because a lot of time we were not taught how serious things can be in the decisions we make. You ever heard the statement what you do when your young hurts you when you get older. Well it’s true because when your younger you were never given the tools you need to make the right decisions.
